Affiliate disclosure

Draft for review. This page is a starting point for the site owner to edit, ideally with a lawyer, before launch. It is not legal advice.

Draft · October 2026

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

What Kings Want is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you. That includes Amazon.com and other partners such as Etsy and brand stores. A commission never changes the price you pay.

We only recommend something we’d be happy to give. Brands cannot pay to be called Kings Approved. When a real panel is in place, that badge means the panel signed off, not that a brand bought the spot.

How the links work

Buy buttons go to /go/ and then on to the retailer. Those links use rel="sponsored nofollow noopener". The redirect is on our own domain so we can count outbound clicks. It is not meant to hide where you’re going: the button names the retailer, and the page you’re leaving says so.

Owner note: Amazon Associates rules restrict cloaking, shorteners and redirects that hide an Amazon destination. Before applying, decide whether Amazon buttons should skip /go/ and use a direct Associates link. Other networks may allow or require a redirect. This draft does not settle that.

Prices

We show budget bands (Under $25, Under $50, Under $100, $250+), not a live price. The retailer sets the price and it can change. Always check the current price on their site before you buy.

Sample content

Anything tagged “Sample product”, and any panel note marked as a placeholder, is not a real recommendation and not a real testimonial. Don’t buy from a sample link. Sample links point at placeholder addresses, not a shop.
